Well the 9th passed by and I slept through the vast majority of it. I found myself awake at 2 hours to midnight, sorely tempted to email mr. Michael S. Thomas of Dogmatic and Butcher Shop fame. I didn't though. I pray for him but ultimately, his soul will be answerable to God. I pray every day that he will repent and turn to God and be saved. I am sure Anne wants her daddy to love her as much as I do.. or at least even just a little bit. I wish he would talk to me but he insists on forgetting all about it. Easy for him I suppose because never will a day pass that I will forget. How could I? How could HE I suppose is the question. So many men are so cold about their babies. But we women, who carry them within us, under our hearts, cannot be cold. It is a rare woman who can be. I'm sure I won't be popular with such an observation but it's true in my experience. And notice I did not say "all" men. I just realized that I've done all I can do to try to make him care about her but ultimately I've done all I can do. Simple as that. I'm sure he doesn't even read my emails anymore anyway. God, I leave him in Your hands. You are my strength and my shield. You walk beside me, my Refuge, my Fortress, my God in Whom I trust.
