Today i had to go to the clerks office at the courthouse to get a copy of Jake's birth certificate. he's going on a school field trip to Canada. Niagra Falls. we searched and searched for his birth certificate but we couldn't find it. we have a basement full of plastic totes and boxes jammed full of crap from the house. it's been in storage since we sold the house and ken has been bringing it in a rented trailer to the townhouse to put in the basement. that way we don't have to pay 100 dollars a month for storage anymore. unfortunately during one of these runs, he was backing the trailer into the spot next to the mustang and he steered wrong and ran into it! there's a big dent in the door now and two big scrapes off the paint. he's going to take it tomorrow while i'm at work and get some estimates on it. i also had to go to the shrink's today to get a note for the day i went last week. i forgot that on my time card for work this friday i will need doctor's excuses for all my time off. i have an appointment with my family doctor this afternoon so i have to remember to get one for that too (so i don't have to make another 'second' trip in to get one). so today is a busy day. on a plus note i was planning on cheating on my diet and going to mcdonald's for lunch today because i was out. something made me hit the gas instead of the break though when i approached the entrance. i'm hungry still though. anyway if i still want it i'll have it for dinner. maybe by then i won't want it anymore. in the mean time, i ate one of the diet peanut butter bars they give out. one per day. i was supposed to wait until 2 to eat it but i had to eat it sooner. i was starving! i'm still hungry but i don't feel sick from it anymore. i hate diets. i hate hunger. it seems that's all i feel anymore. hungry. sigh. i'm not even losing that much weight. only about a pound and a half per week. well we'll see how it goes this week. maybe if i can go without cheating i'll lose more. wish me luck.
