That's 22!

I lost 2 more pounds so that's 21.. now i'm going for 25 and then i'll go further.

I picked up Cari from Rockford this past weekend and got her settled in at the house. We hit a blizzard on the way but the Lord brought us safely out of the storm and to a hotel off the interstate.

That's 19 in all so far. I'm doing the stairs at work 17 times a day.. man that kicks your ass. *pant pant....

I finally worked past the plateau I was on for 3 weeks and I've lost 2 more pounds! That's 16 all together. I'm gonna do it! I haven't been able to break past 14 pounds since starting treatment for my schizophrenia! I'm rollin' rollin' rollin'! Woot woot!

That's 14 so far and still no noticeable difference... still trying though. As if anybody reads this either.
