I'm getting up tomorrow morning at like 4:30am to try and take some sunrise photos. Bugger me! So this is just a test to see if my site still works so I know if I'll be able to put some photos up here, (in the unlikely event that any are ok to look at).

This is a novelty for me being from the other side of the country and all. These will probably be the last photos of Perth I put up from this trip and I hope you all enjoyed them.

In a bit of a rush so here is the first. I have a few panoramas to put together and might post those tomorrow.

City of Perth across the Swan River

So this is from Broken Hill last Friday I think but I only finished rendering it on my laptop today. The final image (uncropped) is 138mb as a Jpeg and is too large to open with Photoshop. When opened with Paint Shop Pro it consumed nearly 2GB of ram.

Stitched together with Autopano this 72 photo panorama was taken at a focal length of 113mm and shows Broken Hill at sunset from the top of the mine lookout.
