15 minutes in and the card has locked up. The newer model they recently sent me is slightly different from the old one in that now it says it has no signal at all but still shows as connected. The little LED on it is flickering purple flat out and I don't have any internet. Haven't been able to check if it is using my downloads. I'll leave it on like this for half an hour or so to test.

I'm going to ring and complain again but I got hold music for 20 minutes and gave up. I'll try again after lunch. For now I can just take the card out and put it back in but that's very annoying when it kills all network. Last time it started this early it happened 3 or 4 times before lunch. Totally useless. I wonder if they'll admit it's rubbish or just try send me another card.
