I've noticed that my targets to complain about are getting very Today Tonight-ish but anyway. Less thinking more whinging!
In my emails from Telstra (among others) was one about my account usage.
First thing is add those up... 110MB? WHAT?!? There is no 110MB plan!
Then realise that I'm on a 200MB plan. The only thing to do now is use the 200mb and when they send me a bill for an extra 90mb x 30c = $27; I'll tell them where to shove it!
Something to look forward to next month.

We've noticed that your estimated usage on your BigPond Broadband account this month has reached 56MB. That means that you have 54MB left to use this month.
Of course you can continue enjoying the internet, but we wanted to remind you that usage above 100% of your allowance will be billed at your plan's additional usage rate of 30c per megabyte.
