From today, all photos and images created by me and displayed on my site are now under the creative commons, some rights reserved, licence.
For more information please visit the Creative Commons Website.
In addition to the licencing conditions, please follow (as a matter of courtesy), these additional directions; wherever possible:
+ When attributing images to me. Please specify that it was created by Maz and that it came from "http://maz.net.au/".
+ For any works derived from mine, please send me a copy.

I wouldn't mind going somewhere and seeing my work with my name under it. "All rights reserved" roughly translates to "Don't bother and find someone's similar picture" because it's too much hassle to deal with.

Not really, I just state that any non-personal use is prohibited unless prior permissions is given. Then, I review requests for photos on a case by case basis.

But I wouldn't bother contact you. I just wouldn't bother use the images off your site if it's going to require so much time and effort. There's not really any case when I'm going to say no to someone using my work non-commercially and attributing me.
