Answer: The number of Telstra services you have + 1.
The cable internet is screwed. For no reason except that it is a Telsta "service". How can you avoid this kind of problem in the future? Use another ISP. Preferably one that doesn't resell Telstra's absolutely rubbish service.
As if you'd buy this shit.

I'm still yet to be advised of these illustrious terms and conditions pertaining to commenting on your site. My lawyer (that being me) says I shouldn't even be commenting, you could sue me on a contract that I don't even know exists.

Also, your status page is broken. It says telstra internet is working. Someone should look into this.
