The snows are here
In category General on 06 Feb 2006 @ 09:18 am
Finally after about a month and a half it snowed here again. Enough to leave a few inches on the ground. It started snowing yesterday when we went to Meijer to buy food. This is when I decided I didn't like snow anymore. Walking into the store it was snowing fairly heavy and it got in my ear. That was just weird. And it wasn't melting as it hit me so it was all sitting on my hat and shoulders and on my shirt which just bothered me. So I'm like having a seizure trying to brush it off. Of course I didn't have my jacket so I froze my ass putting the shopping in the car.

This is how cold it is!

Then I sat and watched the snowflakes and they're nothing like on tv. Ripped off. By about 10pm it had stopped snowing and started melting already so about 1am I went out to throw snowballs around the car park and that was fun.

It must have snowed during the night because there was more on the ground this morning but it didn't warm up so it didn't pack together. I can't make a snowman until it packs together properly so maybe if it warms up tomorrow I'll make a little one. Instead Roe and I just threw snowballs at the wall.

This is why Australia needs snow. Cools a drink in like 5-10 minutes.
Maz - Refridgerate until chilled.
This is what spending too much time with me gets you: warmth. Must've rubbed off my fire-bringer qualities onto you.
