Red Room: 0 beers out of 10

Dear UQ Union,
Tonight I had the most unfortunate experience of walking into the Red Room tonight to meet Lisa. Before I'd even got in the door you could hear the god-awful live band. Initially I wasn't sure if the band was karaoke or not by the way the girl was singing but I was informed, (much to my dismay), that they were in fact professional entertainers. I managed to find Lisa in the non-existant crowd of people flocking to the bar and she was drinking a glass of white wine that tasted.. worse than.. lots of things.
I stayed as long as I could bear, watching the kinds of people that go to a terrible bar on campus, (college students that can't afford the bus to the R.E.), before I had to leave before I went and told members of the 'band' where to kindly place their instruments. Luckily the staff was being paid exorbitantly else Amnesty would be raising money to save them from the noise. No wonder the place runs at a annual loss of about $900K.
From, one unhappy pub-goer. (who happens to have been forced to pay union fees.)

After that kind of service you couldn't be surprised?
