More ports blocked?

I get to uni today and can't seem to get anything to work on port 443, (HTTPS). Which means no email for me. I'm just wondering if this is just me? Or is port 443 now blocked permanently?

Refecs don't have https access. I now have to go to the labs, log off someone with a locked computer, and check my emails to see what I have today. Thats a fucking genius plan. Assholes.
