After a hard day working at uni, (*cough cough*), coming home and having to delete spam is not my idea of fun. Even if it was sent by a person not a bot.
Just to make it clear.
1. No one is going to get any money if you spam all your friends with junk.
2. Your life is not going to improve by annoying everyone.
3. You are not going to have a bazillion years bad luck if you have the sense to not spam people.

There's a good chance you'll live longer when everyone you know isn't plotting your death to save them being spammed.
