For some reason the number of Trillian fans is greatly outnumbered by those wanting to see it removed from the face of the earts. Yes, it does crash sometimes. Yes, it's obnoxious and unintuitive. But I still think it's great. I strongly urge anyone who uses more than two different instant messaging protocols to give it a go.
I just installed the "News" plugin and loaded in all the rss syndications of my friends sites and it works brilliantly. Very handy when you want to keep up with events without having to navigate around the web every day.
